Mission

USC Threat Assessment & Management will provide proactive collaborative oversight and support to the university in the identification, assessment, and management of threats and/or threatening behavior that may lead to acts of targeted violence against the USC campus and community.

Meet the team

The Office of Threat Assessment and Management is comprised of professionals in the threat assessment space who bring the USC community decades of diverse experience across various industries including higher education.

Patrick Prince

Assistant Vice President, Threat Assessment and Intervention

Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from UCLA and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from USC.

Patrick has been a leader in both campus and workplace threat assessment and management for over 30 years. He has worked with numerous university systems, government agencies, and corporations across the United States in the development and implementation of violence prevention programs.
